I am very happy to announce that Jennifer Gardner Designs is now available at ARTSHAK Studio + Gallery, in Southport, NC.

Owners, Linda Platt (Artist) and Thom Seaman (Sculptor), opened the gallery in 1997. They moved into their gorgeous new building at this location in 2005.

On December 25, a Treasury on Etsy containing my Pearls and Lace Earrings, made the front page of Etsy (which is a real honor for Etsy Sellers...it's like a celebrity making it to the notorious Page Six! LOL)! The Treasury was created by Phyllis Mufson (aka PersonalTreasures). She entered this Treasury in a contest to be featured on the front page. (Thank you Phyllis!!!)

This year I will be exhibiting at the 4th Annual - Daisy Dee's Christmas Art & Crafts Show in Denver, NC. I am sharing a booth with my aunt, Liz, who makes beautiful toille table dressings. I have a lot of new pieces that will be available, that have not been added to the website yet. On Saturday, Decemeber 6, Presbytertian Hospice and McGill Rose Garden are holding their annual, joint-fundraiser, "Festival of Wreaths." Proceeds are split 50/50 between the organizations. At the event they will be selling fresh wreaths and garland, as well as, many handcrafted things and artwork. I donated several pieces for the sell. So, if you are in the Charlotte area, these are both great organizations to support. To pre-order wreaths and garland, or get more information about the "Festival of Wreaths," please vist the McGill Rose Garden website for more information.

On June 1st, Jennifer Gardner Designs participated in a charity event to raise money for the Charlotte Humane Society. Held by Art Friends, artists donated pieces for a silent auction and art sale. Along side the donated pieces, the artist showed other pieces and donated a portion of sales to the Humane Society.
